Preparation before starting sludge filter press

1. Pay attention to whether the pump and mud are clean and whether the anchor screws are loose.

2. Check whether there is mechanical lubricating oil in the sludge mixer, medicine mixer and belt sludge dehydrator reducer and whether the screws are loose.

3. The air compressor and the transmission part of the conveyor belt should be refueled regularly to maintain the oil level and the air tank of the air compressor once a day.

4. Whether the driving switch and solenoid valve are damaged before driving, if any, please replace it in time.
