High Pressure Automatic Filter Press

Using advanced high-pressure squeezing technology, the thickness of the filter cake can be selected at will. The machine uses diaphragm filter plates and box filter plates alternately arranged to form a press chamber. The diaphragm is made of rubber, with grooves on the surface, filled with 2MPa of pressure water, and applying pressure to the filter cake, which can further reduce the liquid content of the filter cake. The diaphragm has a flat membrane structure and is fixed on a smooth filter plate, which is sealed by pressing the filter plate. The machine can realize that the slurry in the filter chamber is not full of filtration, and the thickness of the filter cake can be selected at will.
